Our kinship has its own dedicated Ventrilo server. We find that the quality is much higher then in-game voice chat, It also allows you to communicate to other kin members while not in the same group as them. Using Ventrilo has many advantages, helping us better communicate in combat and even helps everyone get to know eachother on a more "personal" level. All members are required to use ventrilo in raids.
